The room is carpeted and has a big closet, big windows and shared bathroom space with me (a virgo, so clean and smells good haha and I’m gone half the week). We keep the AC on the cooler side, we have a screened patio with a storage space, in house laundry, 1st floor with Lots of parking space. It’s a gated community with a pool, gym and other amenities, just got new wifi so it’s fantastic! The community is really good about repairs if there are any that need to be done. Also we have 3 cats here, all friendly and well behaved! (Zoro, Nugget and Tali) Our current roomate is moving for a new job opportunity in mid January (pic on the bottom would be your room)

My name is Eri, 24 F (virgo) I’d be the one you’d share the bathroom with. I work remotely so I’m usually chilling in my room during the day and half the week I’m out of town at my partners house. Nugget and Zoro are my babies 😊 In the big room is Kai 23. (Capricorn) and Jose 25M (Sagittarius) an engaged couple (I’ve known Kai since I was 8) they have thier own bathroom and Tali is thier cat. We try to be mindful of eachother, take turns doing dishes/cleaning and have an occasional game night. We are all very chill and work alot. We like to keep an inviting space and decorate and clean with intention ✨️
