The master bedroom of a four bedroom, two bath apartment is available for the spring semester and summer of 2023!

The bedroom features extensive storage space, a great view of the flatirons, and plenty of space for a double-sized bed with a desk. The apartment has three quiet and studious roommates who are all seniors in engineering. The shared living space includes a flat screen TV, more great views of the flat irons, plenty of natural light, lots of comfy spaces, and a small but fully stocked kitchen! A rooftop patio makes for a great hang out space, with enough privacy from the neighbors to make the place feel like your own.

Laundry is accessible at the ground level and the apartment building as a whole is generally well-kept, quiet, and odorless!

This apartment is located in Spanish Towers, which is a five minute walk from West Campus and a twenty minute walk from East – access to the stampede is also easy via Williams Village and from West Campus.

Chad is a Communications Technology Design senior who has lived all over the world and has picked up a great sense of humor along the way. Generous and patient, he’s a good buddy to share a laugh with or to swap stories throughout the day!

Liam is a Mechanical Engineering senior who runs the Formula 1 racing team at CU and will often surprise you with his quick wit. Thanks to his work, he’s often in and out, but he’s also always happy to play mario kart and watch movies!

Lucy is an Aerospace Engineering senior who runs the CU fencing team and who loves to knit, paint, draw, and make jewelry! She’s very quiet, but when she opens up, her thoughtfulness will always make you feel right at home.
