Kitchen privileges and schedule washer and dryer use once a week. Parking is not covered. This is a one person rental.

I am a young soul at heart, semi-retired, an artist, and art magazine publisher. I have an art studio in my home, two cats that I am attached to. I have great neighbors and family who enjoy visiting. I am a night owl and enjoy watching movies or working on art projects. I go to church or watch my church service.
