Shaq's room

Upstairs bedroom for rent in a row home 3 blocks from Patterson Park. House currently has two people living there, and we are looking for a third roommate. Price includes rent + utilities, $ total per month. House has two upstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom (pictured), which would be shared between the new renter and the other roomate. Another renter lives in the basement with his own bedroom and bathroom, and he has a dog (very sweet and well trained. The items seen in the bedroom pictures will all be removed before move in, unless the bed and/or bookshelf is needed then it can stay. Looking for a move in date around January 1st but we are flexible about the move in date for being before or after this date.

We are both laid back guys who like the keep the house clean, and are looking for someone similar to join us.
