Loch Ness Drive

First month rent is only $300!! Water is included in rent, electricity is $50/month on a budget plan. Ignore things in the room, it hasn’t been emptied yet. 2bed 1.5bath townhouse with one room available. Room has two closets and two windows. In unit laundry, updated kitchen, small back patio with a garden where I grow fruits and veggies each year (you’re welcome to grow your own as well). I have a cat already so unless your pet is an ESA or Servive Animal, I cannot technically accept another pet. (We can talk about it though 🤫).

It’s just me and my cat here. I’m a quiet and clean individual, I work from 8-5 M-F and keep mostly to my room. I do occasionally have my two siblings cme stay for the weekend, but they’re both grown, responsible, and respectful. I will not ask anything of you besides keeping our shared spaces mostly clean and obviously paying your share. I smoke (🍃) inside but if that is something that might bother you, I’m fully willing to take it and keep it outside.
