Shared furnished house with 3 (total). Private locking furnished bed. Bedroom is 12 X 11 with two windows and 2 doors. Outdoor or porch smoking only. Off-street parking and gas, elec. water/sewer and garbage paid. I do my own background check and a lease.

Current residents are 2 mature men and 1 Service dog Property is in a growing small business, retirement, rental neighborhood and backs to an alley. Neighbor is a small business owner welder and stores his projects on vacant lot next door and works in the alley during the day.
