Hello there!

Location Hermitage, $800+electric/wifi

I’m looking for a famale roomate to take over a room in my home early February 2023. The home is located in heart of Hermitage. Just 15 minutes from downtown and a hop and a skip from the lake.

The room is 12x12 and has a private door attached to a shared bathroom with one other person with a double sink vanity.

The home is 2,300 square ft with 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large sunroom. We have attic space, shed, and garage for storage space if needed. (it’s not hoarding if the stuff is cool)

Rent is $800 a month with a $500 deposit required at the time of signing the rental agreement (month to month). It includes water, trash, yard maintenance, and sewage.

Paid utilities includes only electric and wifi which usually does not exceed much over $100 per person.

Currently my other roomate Alayla and our two dogs Dingy and Gojo and my cat Prince are living here so sadly no additional pets at the time. At least no cats or dogs. (scaly friends are welcome as we also have a turtle and gecko.

I currently work from home Sunday-Wednesday during the day and Alayla is a chef who works late hours. We like to keep things clean and are bit of homebodies so it is mostly quiet around the house. We love playing games and hosting game nights.
