The house is only 3 years old and is in a nice neighborhood in East Knoxville, 3 bed 2.5 bath (1900sqft). $550 a month with utilities included.
Home has in-house laundry facilities, newer appliances, large common areas. Utilities would include everything+internet, AT&T Fiber 500MBs, No cable/TV. Parking is available either in the garage, driveway or street parking.
