Private master suite available in 4 bed / 3.5 bath condo. The bedroom is located on the 1st floor and includes its own ensuite bathroom with a tub and also a walk-in closet. The second floor is all common space, including a furnished living area, dining area, and kitchen with all major appliances available, as well as a large walk-in pantry for plenty of food storage. In-unit washer and dryer are included for shared use as well. Parking is available throughout the property and on the street nearby, as well as two dedicated garage spots shared between the housemates.

This property is located down the street from Vista Sports Park, which is an excellent place for exercising, and also leads to Guajome Regional Park with plenty of hiking / biking trails. It’s also located a short walk from the Melrose Drive Sprinter train station – just a 20 minute trip to the pier! The complex also includes a community pool, barbecues, and walking trails with amazing views. This location is ideal for a responsible student, military, or an active professional, but most importantly someone who is respectful and easy-going, as this is a family-oriented community.
