The second floor is all common space, including a living area, dining area, and kitchen with all new Samsung appliances and a large walk-in pantry for plenty of food storage. In-unit washer and dryer are included for shared use as well. Plenty of parking is available throughout property and on the street nearby, as well as two dedicated garage spots shared between the housemates. Also located a short walk from Melrose Drive Sprinter train station – 30 minutes to CSUSM, 30 minutes to Oceanside Pier!

This property is right down the street from Vista Sports Park, which is an excellent place for exercising, and also leads to Guajome Regional Park with plenty of hiking / biking trails. The complex also includes a community pool, barbecues, and walking trails with amazing views. This location is ideal for a responsible student, military, or an active professional, but most importantly someone who is respectful and easy-going, as this is a family-oriented community.

The ideal roommate is someone who is responsible, respectful, and easy-going, so basically a typical Southern Californian! This is a very friendly neighborhood with lots of families, so it is usually pretty quiet. Someone who has an active lifestyle would be a great fit, since there are parks and trails very close by. CSUSM students would also have a very easy commute to campus, as this property is just across the street from the Sprinter station. Regardless, I’m a pretty mellow guy myself, so I get along with most people!
