This is ideal for either a student or a working professional. This room is only suited for a single person, sorry no couples and children.

The home is perfectly located near all major freeways, airport, ASU and other close by entertainment and restaurants. Quiet home within a quiet neighborhood.

Myself, I’m male and have lived in the area for over 15 years. I kindly ask for you to tell me a bit about yourself and let’s move from there. Please be either a fully time student or have a full time reliable job and be able to pay first and last month’s rent.

I am Inside Sales rep for a great company, I work two days in the office and 3 days from home. I enjoy the outdoors and i am a friendly person and respect people’s boundaries and space.
