5 Bedroom House on ST RT 132 minutes from New Richmond village on the Ohio River and minutes from Amelia situated on 1/2 Acre partially wooded lot, 2 car garage with Private Driveway that can comfortably fit 7 vehicles. We have one room on the second floor with decent sized closets and access to shared bathroom. The common areas included living room, kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath on the first floor. Large covered front porch and extra large rear covered deck, take the steps down to another smaller deck which is next to the above-ground pool. There is another patio on the other side of the pool. We love the back deck between the birds, deer, and pool with trees surrounding the right side and back side of the lot, it’s cool place to hangout and enjoy your coffee or adult beverage under the outdoor ceiling fans during nice weather. The house is well taken care of and sits on a nice piece of land. 1/2 of the garage is in use by one tenant, the other 1/2 is being used as storage for another tenant’s dirt bike which could be moved if someone is interested in paying extra for a spot in the garage. I’ll attach one photo of the smaller room which has a twin bed and the other room is larger with a queen bed.

We have one female retired professional, one retired/disabled female, and two males (27 & 30) working adults, one in Construction and the other is a Manger of Distribution center. All love the outdoors and know how to have a good time when appropriate. The house is kept in clean working order, you leave it the way you found it, and quiet time from later in the evening to morning out of Respect for the other roommates and the neighbors. Smoking is permitted outside only. No illegal drugs or drama. The rent is for single occupant only. We have one older dog who can’t be bothered with other pets roaming in the house but loves people. This is really a brief overview, so if you’re interested, we can discuss all of the ins and outs and do a meet and greet so you can see the place. I prefer a long-term roommate, a minimum of six months with a lease agreement. The bills are split between each roommate evenly around $150 per month depending on how many roommates.
