This advertisement is for a 6 or 12 month lease for an unfurnished Bedroom & Bathroom within a 2/2 home. The home has a screened patio, garage, gym and large backyard.

The room is 12x11 and comes with a standard sized closet, and your own private bathroom.

The home is located between Winter Park and Oviedo, near the Cady trail off Aloma. 10 minutes from UCF and 25 minutes from Downtown

Rent includes internet & water. The home has all major appliances, including a washer/dryer, stove, electric drinking water filter, dishwasher, stove, and microwave.

The rent does not include electricity, electricity is excluded and is split 50/50 between us both.

No Pets Allowed as I already have a small dog.

There are a few criteria that must be met in order to rent this room:

You must be able to pass a background check meaning no felonies or evictions. Background checks will be done through Smartmove Transunion. You are responsible for paying the background check fees to Smartmove Transunion, not me.

You will also need to purchase Renters insurance and provide confirmation of before signing the lease as well.

A credit score of at least 630 is required, as well as proof of employment. Your employment letter must include HR contact information and the date of hire.

Your proof of income must show you make at least 2.5 times the rent, and you will need to provide a landlord references

To secure the lease, you MUST meet the criteria and then meet with me in person for an interview to ensure we are a good fit. If all goes well, we can sign the lease.
