Anderson Road

The house is actually in Nashville (despite what the website has chosen to list the house as) but close to Antioch! It is located 15 minutes from the airport, approximately 25 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from the Percy Priest Lake. There is plenty in the area as far as restaurants and groceries. The house from the 1960’s and has undergone major renovations (with the renovations ongoing). There is a large, fenced backyard and cozy back patio. The house has a common area that serves as a library and music room; it also has a projector and screen for movies. There is a dedicated yoga and meditation room. The upstairs bathrooms are undergoing renovations so the downstairs bathroom will be shared until those are completed.

The 1 current roommate (me!) is easy-going and typically gone throughout most of the day. Musician type but I am usually practicing at the university rather than home.
