The room available is located in a 1940’s two-bedroom, one-bathroom beach bungalow in the heart of Santa Cruz only a two-block walk to the beach. It is a small property but close to downtown and pretty central to everything in Santa Cruz. There is a washer and dryer on-site and a garage with some available storage space.
I am looking for a professional housemate that is respectful and responsible (and kind to pets). I am a 25-year-old female and I have a 5-year-old husky. I like to adventure outdoors with my dog and am an avid scuba diver and boater. I am a recent graduate of UCSC with my Bachelor’s in marine biology and work full-time in Santa Cruz. I like to keep to myself most of the time, but I look forward to the experience of sharing my home with another individual that views their home as a safe oasis after a day of work.
