Locations: Cute little condo on James Island! And, when I say “James Island” I mean “barely” James Island. Lol. If there’s one thing this place has got, it’s convenience; Its located about five minutes from downtown and 15/20 minutes to Folly beach! Grocery store is within walking distance! The condo complex has a salt water pool and gym!

Atmosphere: “Quiet and comfortable” is the so-called “theme” I try to maintain here. (A sort of peaceful sanctuary.) The room is a second bedroom in a two bed, one bath condo. (The bathroom is a stupid big bathroom. Lol) There are two vanities/sinks that are not on the same counter. (See attached photos.) You would have the larger of the two vanities.. There is an in-unit washer and dryer as well. You’d have access to all appliances and utensils in the kitchen! The unit is also on the third floor; which allows for higher ceilings (and no one living above us! ^_^ )

Me: I work full time on Kiawah Island. Mostly M-F, with occasional weekends. I am very much an introvert and love to read. (I read about one book a week.) I am also a Tango dancer, so when I do go out it’s typically out to a dance.

Ideal Roommate: I’m looking for someone who is quiet and likes a very clean-living place. Introverts endcouraged to message me!

Please have a full time. (Please, no retired or work-from-home.) Ideally, you work evenings or nights, but I’m flexible with that. No drugs or drinking, but unit is cannabis friendly. Please, no pets.
