Locations: Cute little condo on James Island! And, when I say “James Island” I mean “barely” James Island. Lol. If there’s one thing this place has got, it’s convenience; Its located about five minutes from downtown and 15/20 minutes to Folly beach! Grocery store is within walking distance! The condo complex has a salt water pool and small, but accessible gym! It is a very dog-friendly neighborhood!

Atmosphere: “Quiet and comfortable” is the so-called “theme” I try to maintain here. (A sort of peaceful sanctuary.) The room is a second bedroom in a two bed, one bath condo. (The bathroom is a stupid big bathroom. Lol) There are two vanities/sinks that are not on the same counter. (See attached photos.) You would have the larger of the two vanities. The bathroom also has a walk-in closet. There is an in-unit washer and dryer as well. You’d have access to all appliances and utensils in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom just had new granite countertops and cabinets put in! The unit is also on the third floor; which allows for higher ceilings (and no one living above us! ^_^ )

Room is currently occupied, and will be vacant first week of March. If we start chatting we can arrange a time to still have a showing of the room.

Hi! My name is Matt, and I am looking to rent out the second room in my condo! The room is currently occupied, and current tenant is moving out end of February. Looking for a March/April move-in date! Pets are welcome upon discussion, and community is very pet-friendly community!

Me: I’ve lived in many placed in the country and worked as a paramedic for 13 years in the cities of Detroit and Chicago. Recently become a Certified Personal Trainer not long ago. I primarily work in the “real estate” world. I’m very introverted, with mostly introverted hobbies. I love to read (maybe a little “too much”, if that’s a thing), have a passion for good photography, and do the occasional gaming. My girlfriend and I take dance lessons and go to social dances! I am very cannabis friendly, and hope you are, too. I tend to work a lot, a typically 9-5 and then in my off hours I am almost always doing something—be it working a second job, a project, or going out to try to snap some pretty photos. When home, I’m very often in my room keeping to myself. lol.

Ideal Roommate: I’m looking for someone who is quiet and likes a very clean-living place. I’m certainly not looking for a best friend, but someone who I get along with when we are both home!
