I have a clean, quiet, and safe room available in the Sun ’n Lake Sebring community. The home features a spacious split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is conveniently located just minutes away from shopping centers such as Walmart and Publix, as well as AdventHealth hospital and a fire station.

• Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, electricity, and water.
• You will have your own fridge in the kitchen.
• Access to the kitchen, living room, and patio is included.
• The room is available for a lease of 6-12 months, with the possibility of extending longer.
• The room comes furnished with a queen bed.

Requirements:

• No pets allowed (I do have a cat).
• Must be responsible for cleaning up after yourself.

I work from home for HCA Healthcare, while my husband works in IT at Hard Rock Casino. We are both laid-back, quiet, and tidy individuals. My husband and I moved to Sebring a little over three years ago. We have two furnished bedrooms on opposite sides of the house that are currently unoccupied, as we are only renting one room. Additionally, we spend a couple of weeks away each month due to my husband’s job. Only my husband and I live here, so you would literally have the whole house to yourself for the majority of the time.
