Utilities+wifi included in rent Hi there! I’m looking to rent out a private bedroom + ensuite bathroom in my home. Super nice, recently updated townhome located in Salmon Creek, WA. Super easy access to anything you could possibly need, and only a 10 minute walk to WSU Vancouver.

All utilities + WiFi included, 1 reserved outdoor parking spot, shared kitchen/living room/and some additional storage space can be discussed if needed (outside of the large closet in the bedroom). Neighborhood has a pool, meeting room, and small gym.

Looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, respectful towards my space (as I will be to yours) and towards my home.

My name is Jeremy, I am 24 years old, and I work a consistent M-F, 9-5 job that takes me into the office most days of the week. I’m local to the area having graduated from WSUV. I’m a pretty laid back and easy going person, I enjoy staying active or staying in and watching TV when I’m off work or on the weekends.
