Open to stays for less than 6 months. I speak English, Spanish, French & Italian! I would be glad to welcome you in the second bedroom and private bathroom of the apartment (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms; I live in the other bedroom), located in the safe area of Aventura, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. ONLY a 15 minute walk from Aventura Mall shops and restaurants and a 5 minute Uber drive from the beach. This is a clean and spacious single bed bedroom with impressive 20 foot high ceilings, a large closet and blackout shades. There is a private bathroom next to it. We would share the living room and kitchen. This bedroom is available for stays between 2 days to 90/150 days for ONE gracious, tidy and peaceful person (preferably female). Non-smoking. No couples, No overnight guests or parties. Let’s share a peaceful, tidy, positive, good energy and respectful living environment :-) The building is very pleasant and offers a recently renovated lobby, two large pools, a completely renovated gym (opening July 10th, 2026) and 24 H front desk and security people. This full service building is located very close to Publix food/grocery stores, hair salon, cafes, pharmacy, restaurants, a park, and a very nice waterfront walking path. A local free Aventura bus stops in front of the building and the Freebee app allows to order a Tesla car ride for free in Aventura. Also, the Brightline train station, located a few minutes away in Aventura, connects to downtown Miami in 18 minutes and to Downtown Fort Lauderdale in 15 minutes. Please note that the security deposit (to be refunded at the end) and the first month of rent will be requested on the move-in day. Increased deposit if you move-in with a dog. Proof of job or income and a background check will be required. Parking for a car is paid directly to the valet service.

I am a fairly quiet person. I really like to start my day early, with a meditation and breakfast. I sometimes work from home and I sometimes go to the office. I love taking walks by the beach or in the area, as there is a beautiful walking path by the water nearby. I also very much enjoy going to museums and book club meetings. I would prefer to host a female, who is calm, has a positive energy, is clean and respectful. I like to share nice conversations with my roommate from time to time while also respecting privacy. I speak English, Spanish, French and Italian, which really helps to communicate with people from around the world.
