Looking for a trustworthy roommate to resign my lease with me starting 3/1 (non-negotiable)

The house is located in Creston on a quiet street off Knapp, blocks from riverside park, and right around the corner from Monroe and ann st. Exit on 131.

Your private living space includes the entire upstairs level. Included on this level is a large master bedroom with high ceilings, a HUGE Walk-in closet space with another closet for extra storage, and an en suite private bathroom; on the opposite side of the level is a bonus “small bedroom” space with a standard sized closet, perfect for a home office, gaming room, or hobby space! The landing at the top of the stairs is also decently sized, with an attic/crawl space for extra storage!

This space will be completely private as I never go up there as is and won’t have any need or reason to. This will be your domain, essentially like your little apartment!

The shared space includes a large updated kitchen, a small dining area, and a large living room. There is a huge Michigan basement, so there is tonnnns of extra storage! The basement also has a washer/dryer.

• 12-month lease, $765/month

• credit/background check and application + fee must be submitted by feb 1st ( sooner if possible)
• - if approved, a $750 security deposit will be required to secure the lease and ensure the housing agreement is honored before moving in (this is to protect both parties) –
• Must be willing to put AT LEAST one utility in Name

My name is Allison; I am a single 27 y/o female searching for a roommate to resign my lease with me in Creston village (roommate moving out).

I work in women’s fashion and retail sales at a west Michigan-owned independent boutique in Rockford. I do clothing resale on the side and love to explore creative hobbies and side hustles! I am somewhat of an introverted extrovert (I know, cliche) who enjoys a night in just as much as a night out. I love music and movies, comedy, and cooking! Huge history nerd, documentaries are my guilty pleasure, and I thoroughly enjoy a good spook. I like to try new things and explore, love checking out events, new restaurants, or anything related to and/or supporting the arts, especially the local ones!

I have a small three y/o Yorkipoo, sonny; he is incredibly sweet, well-behaved, and loves to snuggle. He is completely hypoallergenic and will not affect or enter your space upstairs (gate). He stays by my side 95% of the time and remains locked up in my room when I am not home and has never had an issue with barking or whining.

• disclaimer, pets are technically not allowed, I have sonny registered as an ESA, but its never actually come up - that being said, no dogs are allowed, landlords will not be willing to accommodate, and it could jeopardize the lease agreement.
