Hi! My name is Adelle and I’m looking for someone to take my spot due to school reasons. The apartment is super close to the U, the red trax station, trolley square, liberty park, and downtown SLC. The room is unfurnished and there’s room for more furniture in the living room as I will be taking out the couch and table. We have washer and dryer hookups, washer and dryer on site, central cooling and individual heating, hardwood floors in the kitchen and new carpet in the rooms. It’s 850 square feet with good windows and lots of natural light. Our kitchen is also big if you like to cook. Utilities are 50 besides power and Wi-Fi and I believe that’s split between both people. It adds up to 702 minus power and Wi-Fi and we already have a google fiber that works really well.

I’m moving out but you can reach out to me and I’ll send you to my roommate :) She’s quiet and clean, she usually sticks to her room and she works and goes to school full time so she’s out a lot. She’s looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and is preferably a female student or between the ages eighteen and twenty two.
