This walkout-basement, fully furnished suite features a separate entrance, separate heating and air system, master bedroom, spare bedroom, dedicated bathroom, dedicated laundry facilities, living room area, large porch (shared), and kitchenette with cooktop and refrigerator. Enjoy extra conveniences such as a Breville air fryer/ countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, and a newer HE washer and dryer. Weve gone out of our way to make sure that our suite is modern, clean, and well-appointed for your comfort; but the best part is the beautiful view! Property access includes stairs.

This property is ideal for those with temporary housing needs (traveling nurses, military, job relocation, waiting for new build etc.), as long-term stays longer than 11 months are not available. Quoted rate is for one occupant only. Traveling with a buddy nurse or colleague? Ask about our reduced shared suite rate. We are sorry that we are not able to accommodate pets.

The homeowners live on site. He works in multimedia/ graphics and she works in ministry. We are part-time empty nesters, with 2 young adult kiddos in college. Unless there is an agreement to share the suite space with another temporary professional, you would be the lone roomie in the basement suite. With few exceptions, the upstairs roomie homeowners only come down for routine maintenance or emergencies- though we hope to get to know you while you are here.
