About the room
This is a basement apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, one bath, and a fully functioning kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Many windows throughout the unit provide a lot of natural sunlight. The kitchen was recently renovated.
The owner will be living upstairs, however, there is a private entrance and separate laundry in basement unit. There is also one off-street parking spot included with additional on-street parking available.
Short commute to downtown Denver and easy access to hwy. 36. 5 minutes from Westminster train station. Close to downtown Westminster, stores, restaurants, etc.
We require a six-month lease with first monthβs rent plus a security deposit of $1,600 due upfront. All utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, recycling) will be split evenly. No smoking. No pets. Renters insurance is required. Applicants will be required to submit background check and credit report.
Renter is required to have all of the following:
- no more than 2 occupants living in unit
- no prior evictions
- minimum credit score of 650
- monthly income greater than 3x rent from documented sources (i.e. W-2s)
- excellent references from previous landlords
About the roomies
My wife and I live upstairs. We are quiet, friendly, and honest people. We are both working professionals.
Please note that this is a private basement apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, and laundry. The only shared feature is the driveway.
