You would share all common areas of the home, all kitchen amenities, washer and dryer and screen in lanai with heated salt water pool and jacuzzi. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. Parking in the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is no drama or drugs here. Not accepting pets. Smoking outside permitted.
