Furnished bedroom in beautiful pool home in Palm Coast. It starts with a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedroom has a lovely beach theme as we are located just 10 minutes to the quaint town of Flagler Beach where you will find sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. All utilities and pest control are included in the rental price. Your welcome to use all common areas which include full kitchen privileges, watch the big screen TV in the living room, do your laundry with the washer and dryer or sit outside enjoying your morning coffee on the screened in lanai along side the large heated salt water pool and jacuzzi or take a dip in the 85 degrees pool (the solar panels allow us to swim 10 months out of the year), and yard. There is plenty of space to park in the driveway. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress, a dresser with mirror, nightstand, desk and chair, shelves, reading lamp and a comfy chair to watch the smart TV with cable. You would share a spacious bathroom with one other lady. The home is smoke free (you may smoke outside if you are a smoker), drama free and drug free. Retail and grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, hiking trails, pickle ball and tennis court and well maintained parks are close. A background check is required. Looking for a mature working class lady like myself or female retiree with a steady income.

I have a large beautiful pool home so I rent a few furnished rooms out to ladies. The home is smoke free, drama free and drug free.
