Jonathan's room

We live in a quiet neighborhood on a hill that overlooks Sunland and the Verdugo mountains. We are minutes away from the Angeles Crest National Forest for great hikes. We are 20/30 minutes from LA/Hollywood/Burbank. Your room is 12x10 with a full wall closet on the south side of the house with a beautiful view of the Verdugo Mountains. The bathroom is right next door and will be mostly yours unless we have a guest. The common areas of the house are shared. There is a kitchen, dining room, and living room that we all enjoy together. There is laundry in the garage and a dishwasher too! We have a wonderful back porch and garden filled with fruit trees, veggies, and California natives. We have two cats who own the place but are pretty chill. This is an animal/nature lovers home. The security deposit is simply your last month’s rent.

I work as a landscaper, among other things, and my wife is an actor. She is also in the process of setting up a local farmers market. Our current room mate is an emt working to become a fire fighter. We like to play games on a board, screen, or cards. We like small gatherings with close friends and the occasional seasonal party.
