The house is located in a safe, quiet, centrally located neighborhood. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and lots of kitchen gadgets. Clairemont town square is walking distance with grocery store, shops and restaurants/ food available. Gershwin park is 2 blocks away. Near the 52 freeway and bus. This is a quiet space and not alcohol friendly. Credit check/proof of income/identity required

Owner lives onsite. There is a 27 yo male UCSD student is one bedroom and a 24 yo UCSD student in another bedroom. The house has a very friendly chihuahua mix dog, and cat. No more animals will be permitted.
