Hello! I am looking to rent out a room in my furnished house in a beautiful island themed community. The master bedroom has a beautiful king sized bedroom set (including two nightstands with built in outlets & dresser with mirror), a patio walkout and an private en suite bathroom with shower and garden tub with a vanity area and a two car garage with storage. Female roommate preferred as your two roommates would be female but open if similar age/hobbies. You would also get access to a community pool, basketball court, sand volleyball court, bocce ball court, & playground. There is also a lake you can kayak in!

You’ll have two female roommates both are 26. One works in purchasing and the other works is a preschool teacher. Both are really relaxed and chill and tend to be on the go a lot.
