Amanda's room

I have a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Peachtree Corners. The only rooms that will be unfurnished will be your own bedroom and bathroom that you are able to decorate as you wish! It is on the second floor and has a balcony in the back. The security deposit is at the discretion of the apartment complex, so I’m not sure what they will ask for, or if you will need to pay one at all; I believe it depends on your credit score and renters history.

My name is Amanda and I am 31 years old. I am looking for a new roommate to move in on March 1st, as my current lease will be up, and would like to sign with someone new. I currently manage a restaurant in Alpharetta and work pretty late hours, so I will rarely be home at night. I am also in school full-time online at SNHU. I have perfect renters history and my apartment is always clean and organized. I have a cat named Zion, she is an ETP, and super sweet and friendly! She has 2 litter boxes and utilizes them as she is supposed to. She is very quiet and up do date on all of her shots and vaccines; she is an indoor cat only, but sometimes likes to sit out on the balcony.
