I’m disabled and I will pay back from your rent for housework because I’m unable to do so much of it. This makes your actual monthly rent $350.00 per month as long as the housework is completed. You will have complete run of the house and not be confined to any one area, which excludes my bedroom. I get along with just about anyone, however, do strongly believe in being fair which works both ways. I will respect you but you must respect me back. A lease agreement must be signed and my stuff will not come up missing!
