Furnished master suite available in an Alaska Junction townhouse. Looking for professionals who are responsible, clean, and courteous. I’m a middle age professional splitting my work schedule between by home and downtown offices. I’ve never had a bad experience with house mates and still in contact with all of them. I’m looking for a similar experience.

The common areas are shared and the kitchen is equipped with all amenities. I also have a front patio to chill and relax when weather permits.

The master closets are built out with ample places to hang clothes and draws for casual clothing.

I’m directly at Alaska Junction but on a quiet street with permitted street parking. (If you have a car, you would be expected to obtain your own parking permit).

Actually, I don’t even have a car because everything is within walking distance. Alaska Junction is a hip neighborhood and the de facto center of West Seattle offering a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options.  It’s also known for its summertime street fairs and year-round farmer’s market.

The C- line express bus takes you downtown in 20+ minutes and the 50 connects you to the link station in Sodo.

I’m a middle age professional splitting time between my home office and downtown. I try to stay active and enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, etc.; I typically socialize / entertain outside.
