About the room
The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of hickory behind the airport near crawdads stadium. It is only 10 mins from I-40 and its not crowded like in the middle of hickory city. I like the privacy and quietness of the area. I will provide one bedroom and bathroom to tenant. Everything else can be shared upon agreeable terms.
About the roomies
I live alone. I have a 1 year old son who visits me every other weekend so I would like someone who doesnt mind kids. I have two dogs that live outside. They are wonderful family pets. I like my privacy and peace and quiet most days and I am a bit of a loner but i enjoy going out for drinks on the weekends too.
