Looking to fill a room, it’ll have a shared bathroom, so please be respectful and clean. I’m never really home, and travel often, so being clean and respectful is really important. I have cleaning ladies come by every other week for deep cleaning, so we don’t have to worry about deep cleaning, just basic maintenance.

It’s a chill house, no parties or ragers. Home gym available to use, as long as you respect, and wipe the equipment down after use. Perfect place for students or introverts that like a quiet home. Down to be friends or just be roommates, whatever fits the vibe.

I’m an easy going, straight forward kind of guy. I work 7 days a week, so you’ll basically have the house to yourself most of the day. I travel often as well.
