About the room
I am moving to Pittsburgh and need someone to take over my lease for the Spring Semester of 2023. The room is the largest available (corner room) in the newest of the 3 University Edge buildings. You will have your own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe and there is a washer and dryer within the apartment that are free to use. You will have the option to renew the lease if you would like. It is also at a reduced rate of just $690 a month.
About the roomies
Room mates are all mature students. They usually keep to themselves and stay in their rooms. They all have very busy schedules.
