Back loft is available for rent Jan 1ST. Looking for a responsible renter with a stable job and income. The room comes with personal A/C unit and mini fridge. The main kitchen and bathroom are available for you to use 24/7 in the main house (which is just 20 ft away).

We are looking for somebody awesome, healthy, clean and PEACEFUL to harmonize with our beautiful home. The room is private. There are 4 rooms in main house and only 1 person per room. Then this is a separate back loft detached from the house. The house is located in a great area, a short walk to the park, a library around the corner, multiple grocery stores, and a gym close by as well. Very safe, the neighbors are friendly too. We have 7 fruit trees on the property also a garage and driveway for parking. -Looking for someone who is willing to stay 6 months to a year, somebody who is clean! Somebody with a POSITIVE attitude, healthy and just overall good vibes, -No substance or alcohol abuse, zero tolerance. -Steady job and income. Rent does not included utilities. Utilities average from $30-$80 a month depending on how much electricity we use. $800 security deposit & 1st month rent due upon move-in date AVAILABLE JAN 1ST
