Looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/2 bath apartment with. I’m a 32 year old male who keeps a quiet and clean home. I work 2nd shift so you’ll typically have evenings to yourself. I’ve been living with my brother, but he needs to move out on Jan 21, therefore an ideal move in date would be between Jan 22 and Feb 3rd. The apartment is part of a luxury apartment complex and you will be required to be included in the lease which involves a $75 application fee, a background check, and renters history check. $1200/month rent includes community amenities, utilities, and high speed internet (500mb/sec with unlimited data). There is also a $250 security deposit required upon move in. You will need to prove an income of at least $3k/month. The bedroom is spacious with a window, closet, and enclosed full bathroom. There is a queen size memory foam mattress available with less than 6 months of use available to you or you can bring your own. The living area has a 47“ 4K TV that I rarely use so you can feel free to use the area copiously. The kitchen is fully equipped and is available to you, but I do ask to keep the kitchen and living area clean and to respect my kitchen equipment and pans. There are many community amenities featuring: Fitness center, Pool area, Yoga room, Package lockers, Valet trash service, and walking trail around a relaxing lake.
