Before seeing the place I need a valid photo ID When you come and see the place I will need *3 months paystubs - (min $3000 a month which is 3x the rent for the room) Total rent for the house is $2200 plus utilities around $400. (only serious candidates) It can be rented short term min 3 month lease is up Sept 14 2024 and I plan to renew with a new roommate

The room is slightly larger than 12x12 The room is partially furnished.

I am seeking a professional, male or female, with a healthy lifestyle. Ideally, someone that works outside the home 9 to 5/6. However, if you work from home, like IT or data entry where there is limited phone use this would work as well. Would be nice to make a new friend as I work a lot.
