This 3 bed/ 2 bath home is centrally located and yet very quiet. The neighborhood borders a few of Ft. Bragg’s training areas and is 20 minutes from Cape Fear Medical and downtown Fayetteville, 20 minutes from Hope Mills, and 45 minutes from Southern Pines. Your room is cozy and receives an abundance of sunlight throughout the day. Full furnishings can be provided. There is plenty of storage space in the two car garage. The living room and kitchen are open concept and very spacious, with the kitchen recently renovated.

I am active duty Army and working on Ft. Bragg. I just moved here from Alaska in the summer and am looking for someone to share my space with! I’m typically gone for 10-12 hours a day during the work week, very clean, quiet, and have no pets.
