David's room

My husband and I are looking for someone to rent out our spare room. The room will be furnished with a twin xl bed; blankets and sheets included, with private closet. 32“ smart tv mounted in the room. Wifi and all other bills included in rent. Parking for 1 vehicle provided. You will have full use of the kitchen and everything in it. Washer and dryer included. Smokers welcome, but all smoking is only on the deck and front yard only. Must clean up after yourself! We aren’t clean freaks, but both of us work full time jobs, and aren’t looking to clean up after anyone else. We do have 2 dogs, so must be dog friendly. You DO NOT need to let the dogs in your room if you do not want to. Furniture can be removed if you have what you need. Room is approximately 8ft x 9ft.
