House behind Clear Lake view with private entrance as the room is separated from the house with own entrance. The room has a bathroom with shower. There is internet, water included, and electricity. Air conditioning is central AC Unit, and it is controlled in the house based on the temperature the tenant would like to choose. Privacy as the neighborhood is super chill, and top class as majority of neighbor work at NASA. Not too much noise. Room is furnished. There are bar and restaurants at walking distance. 5 Minutes from Kemah and this is basically in Nasa road 1 . The house is 7 minutes from NASA and 4 minutes from public dock if you have boat. Rent was lowered to 850.00. There is a ROKU TV. There is plenty of Parking. There is a walking closet, and small kitchen area with a kitchen sink. Windows. and the patio is amazing. Top class place to stay near the water. The picture of the sunset is just across the street less than 3 minutes walking from house and crossing the street.
