House includes rooms on upper level available to use for your office, yoga, music or art making, etc. Front and back enclosed porches, laundry appliances, some additional storage for camping gear, etc, fenced backyard, street parking. Feel free to create a garden and pick the grapes when they are ready in October- make grape jelly! Great location!
