This room is has a large closet, tile flooring, your own mini fridge, and a nice double sink shared bathroom. The area is very safe, quiet, and a great area to walk your dog. My home has an open layout with a large patio, fenced in yard, beautiful kitchen, and plenty of living room space. If you happen to have living room furniture that would be fine as there is an extra living room in the home.

I’m currently a nursing student at USF and working full time. I got married recently so my wife is usually home working on projects. We have two dogs together that are very friendly with people and other animals. Both of us are very respectful and clean. We got along great with our last roommates so we look forward to meeting you.
