Room available for rent starting Jan 1st.

We are looking for somebody awesome, healthy, clean and PEACEFUL to harmonize with our beautiful home. The room size is 8 by 10 feet, fits a queen-size bed comes unfurnished, and with a closet. The bathroom is shared with 2 other girls who are very clean. There are 3 bathrooms in the house overall so there is always a bathroom availible. There are 4 rooms in the house and only 1 person per room.

The house is located in a great area, a short walk to the park, a library around the corner, multiple grocery stores, and a gym close by as well. Very safe, the neighbors are friendly too. We have 7 fruit trees on the property also a garage and driveway for parking.

-Looking for someone who is willing to stay 6 months to a year, somebody who is clean! Somebody with a POSITIVE attitude, healthy and just overall good vibes,

-No substance or alcohol abuse, zero tolerance.

-Steady job and income.

Rent does not included utilities. Utilities average from $30-$80 a month depending on how much electricity we use.

$600 security deposit & 1st month rent due upon move-in date
