1 bedroom available in my 2 bedroom apartment in Bellevue (across the street from Microsoft Redmond campus). Your rent would be $800-$900/month plus half of electricity, water, sewer, and trash split with me. If interested, please reply and include answers to a few questions …

1. What is your employment situation? What are your normal (please be specific) work days and hours? Are your work days and hours pretty consistent or does your schedule change periodically?
2. What do you typically do when you’re not working – on weeknights, weekends?
3. How long would you anticipate living here (if it ends up being a good fit for both of us)?
4. What would you be moving in with? (The apartment is fully furnished and the 2nd BR can either be completely empty or I can leave the extra long bed frame and mattress, night stand, and dresser in the room). Extra storage space is available for approx $30/month.)
5. Why do you want to move from where you’re living now?
6. When do you need to move out from where you’re living now, and when would you need to move in to a new place?
7. If you lived here, how would you get to and from work? Your own car? Public bus? Other?

This unit is on the 3rd (top) floor on the end of the building so there is little or no noise from anyone above or from 3 of the 4 sides. The unit has vaulted ceilings, carpet throughout, washer/dryer in unit, and balcony. Bus stop in front of property. Uncovered parking is free and covered parking is $35/month. The complex is well-managed with good online reviews. I’m looking for someone who is genuinely considerate, responsible, and respectful. My apartment home is a clean, peaceful, no drama place to live. I’m a Christian, prioritize healthy living, and I love God’s great outdoors! After I get your answers to my questions above, we can connect over the phone if it makes sense and then potentially meet in person.
