Fully Furnished & 5mins from the Navarre Bridge/Ocean: The house is newly built (Dec, 2019) with over 1750 Sq Ft of living space and 4 car parking. The house is located in a beautiful quite community at the end of a closed street with no public access. The community is off the main highway connecting you directly to Pensacola/Fort Walton/Destin and surrounding areas. Additionally, the small community has a “community pool”, if that is of interest.

*Don’t Accept Pets It has 3 very spacious and stylish furnished bedrooms with walk-in style closets. Each has been newly furnished with queen bedding and HD wall mounted Smart TV supplied with DISH channels. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom with a tub/shower. The common areas are an open style concept and fully furnished with modern/boho style décor greeting the open style kitchen. The kitchen/dinning rooms are fully stocked (incl. new appliances like washer, dryer, dishwasher). Plus a coffee/tea station, for any coffee or tea lovers.

The backyard has a screened in porch with cozy outdoor furniture/rocking chairs and a decent amount of grass following that.

*Each room is fully furnished with a Queen Size Bed/Power Cord multi-charger/Closets & side tables with lamps. Each tenant will be allowed 1 vehicle for either garage parking or drive way parking. Additionally, the house has external “Nest Security” cameras and each tenant will be provided with their own house door code.

I work in the logistics/civilian aviation career field - busy most days; either sleeping/eating/studying or at the gym. Clean. I ensure all tenants respect the common areas and keep it clean for others to use. Other than that, really chill. Looking forward to hosting my next tenant!
