Deeds Avenue

I have a private room in my house (I bought it in March) it’s a pretty big house. I have furnished the whole house, I have a queen bed/frame in the guest room that you can use, or bring your own. It’s a typical size room that you can furnish how you want! It is an upstairs room, you’d have almost your entire own full bathroom upstairs (I use it occasionally, like late at night when ya really gotta go). We would share the whole house, there is a large living room (with a great giant couch for lounging), a sitting/reading room (will be a library eventually), a dining room with a table, and a large kitchen (with the laundry in it). I also have a side room that is currently just storage, but eventually will be an office/additional guest room. It’s a quirky house with character, and you’d be free to use any of the house! There is only street parking. I pay for utilities! I prefer no smoking (vaping would be fine though). My cat is immunocompromised, and cannot be around other cats, but he is fine with small-ish chill dogs. He is very friendly and laid back. The area is decently quiet, like 5 minutes from downtown Dayton. Can negotiate deposit, can be non-refundable $200 OR first/last month rent, or something negotiated, I’m flexible! I am quiet, but very friendly and easy-going. I work in Cincy, so get up very early, and am gone most the day. I do have a VERY friendly cat named William. I love to read (building a library in the house), doing puzzles, and of course watching Netflix and stuff. I’m an aerialist, so I spend quite a bit of time in the evenings at the studio.
