Looking for someone take over our lease in Huntsville, Texas (lease ends in October). It is a two bed, two bath and because we are moving out of state, we can leave a lot of the furniture (sofa, coffee table, brand new kitchen table, bed) if you like. This would be a lease transfer. You would come see the apartment and then office management would make the transfer via the lease. Great for students! We have enjoyed living here but are moving to Ohio via work.

There would be no roommate as this is a lease transfer. This is for a two bed, two bath apartment.
