Carlos's room

Hello! My house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bed/bath would be for me; the second bed/bath would be for you; the third bed/bath would be for guests; and the fourth room would be a study. The house has a pretty nice, level backyard with large trees for shade–perfect for a dog. I don’t have pets, but you’d be welcome to bring your own! The house is situated in a safe and peaceful neighborhood close to Palmer Park.

I’m 28 and working at Peterson Space Force Base. I’m an orderly, friendly, open-minded person who enjoys spending an evening reading a novel as much as going out for a walk downtown. I’m looking for another young professional to help liven up the house. Pets are a plus! Hoping to find someone who’s here to stay for a year or longer.
