Secure entrance apartment building in Olympia WA. Mail center inside the building, downstairs in the lobby. Elevator goes directly to my unit on the top floor. Close to bus lines and Interstate 5. Corner unit with plenty of windows and nice views of downtown Olympia and the State Capitol. Entire building is non-smoking! No drugs, no weed, no smoking of anything, anywhere on the premises! I’m a non-smoker, so my roommate MUST be a non-smoker as well. My apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath with full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit. Dining area, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Willing to convert living room into a separate space with a privacy divider, big enough for a queen-size bed. Another huge plus about living here is how quiet all of the tenants are day and night. I have lived here for 1.5 years and it’s peaceful at all hours. I am cat friendly, if you have one or two. No dogs please. I do not currently have any pets.

I work as an instructor teaching online and in-person classes. Also drive for Uber Eats. I’ve been mostly self-employed over the last 21 years. I’m also somewhat of an apartment nudist, so if that bugs you please move along. Would prefer if my roommate is like-minded in that regard, or at the very least tolerant. I’m 53 and in excellent shape physically. I eat healthy, drink very little, and try to stay active. This post shows a “private room”, but we would need to discuss details on that. Open to negotiation on living arrangements and rent, depending on the circumstances. Keep in mind this is a standard market-rate apartment rental, professionally managed. There’s a $45 application fee required along with a background check, handled online via the property management company.
