Sarah's room

Clean and cute furnished room with new double bed and WIC available from January 5th until April 5th. This is an upstairs room in a large, family home. Your bedroom will be the only consistently occupied bedroom upstairs. Private bathroom immediately outside of bedroom. A library loft, spare bedroom and art/bonus room are also located on the second floor.

Downstairs we have a shared living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, and music/sitting room with piano. There is a wrap around porch with bench and comfortable swings in the front and a large manicured yard with gas fire pit in the back.

Our home is in walking distance to three local parks (Rockridge, Pine Nursery & Boyd Park). We are situated on a corner lot and there is ample parking located on the street.

We are a married couple with an older, calm dog and an elementary age son. Being both kid and dog friendly are a must. We have an extra bedroom that we are happy to rent. We love meeting new people and are easy to get along with. Our home is approximately 3000 sq ft and there is room enough for all.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy our space. No drugs or smoking. Our family tends to wake up early and go to bed early on weekdays. We ask that the home is quiet after 9ish. We enjoy playing games, cooking meals from scratch and exploring the great outdoors. We have a large garden where we grow many herbs, fruits and vegetables (although it is dormant currently).

We occasionally host gatherings in our home. Mom sometimes teaches art out of the home (either art room or backyard).
