Private room in shared house. I have 2 dogs but cannot accept other pets. Single person only. No over night guests. No smoking in the house. No drugs, including no cannabis on premises. Need references, including one from your last or current place you live. Must have a job or be on retirement income. Laundry in house. Shared kitchen and utensils etc. Near downtown Lexington and bus route. common courtesy house rules.

One other roommate upstairs who has his own bathroom. I work days and live on main floor.
